Due to ongoing success and expansion, they are looking to recruit an Insurance Professional to join their high-performing broking/sales team in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone with experience in personal or commercial lines insurance who enjoys engaging with customers, converting leads, and managing policies from quote to renewal.

The Role

You will work within a team providing specialist insurance solutions across different professions. Customers are acquired through digital platforms and inbound inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:

• Re-engaging with customers who have received quotes but not purchased
• Handling inbound calls and supporting customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Quoting, binding, renewing, and processing policies with a wide panel of insurers
• Managing mid-term adjustments and policy administration
• Identifying cross-sell opportunities and promoting suitable add-on products

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience in insurance or financial services (broking, underwriting, or telesales)
• Confidence in working towards sales or retention targets in a telephony-based role
• A customer-first mindset with great attention to detail
