Insure Recruitment is partnering with a respected UK insurance broker to recruit an Insurance Advisor. This office-based role focuses on understanding client needs, building lasting relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions with excellent service.

No prior insurance experience is required as full training and industry qualifications are provided. You will join a supportive team, work Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays, and have access to a strong benefits package.

The opportunity:

As an Insurance Advisor, you'll become a trusted adviser to your clients, taking the time to understand their individual needs before recommending tailored insurance solutions. No two conversations are ever the same, making this a rewarding role for someone who enjoys variety, learning and making a genuine difference. This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday and there is a requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturdays 9 am-12 pm (time off provided in-lieu).

You will receive comprehensive training from experienced professionals while building a long-term career within one of the UK's most respected insurance businesses.

Previous insurance experience isn't essential. If you have experience in sales, customer service, retail, banking, hospitality or another people-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you. An interest in specialist areas such as classic cars, motorcycles, marine, equestrian, campervans, motorhomes, fine art or similar hobbies would be a bonus, as passion often helps build stronger client relationships.
