Current Opportunity

We are actively seeking an Insurance Advisor to join our Watkin Davies team. Our team has grown rapidly over the last 12 years, and we are looking to support further growth by recruiting an additional Advisor. In this role, you will build rapport with new and existing clients and work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives. This is a great opportunity to join a successful organization, where full training and industry-recognized qualifications will be provided.

About You
  • You enjoy conversations, listening, and building relationships, understanding client requirements deeply.
  • You possess excellent problem-solving skills, capable of creating tailored solutions for each client.
  • You may currently work in sales and seek a career change; no prior experience is required as we offer comprehensive training, workshops, coaching, and support for industry qualifications.
  • You have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset. Success stories have often come from team members passionate about specific insurance areas like equine, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine, or fine art.
  • You are ambitious. We promote from within; all leaders started as Advisors. We provide the tools, and your desire to succeed is what matters.
