Insurance Advisor – Howden Group Holdings

Responsibilities
  • Engage in conversations with people, listen, and build relationships to understand clients2 requirements.
  • Collaborate to develop tailor-made insurance solutions for each client.
  • Participate in on-site training, workshops, coaching, and support through industry qualifications.
Qualifications / About you
  • You will enjoy conversations with people, listening and building relationships to understand client requirements.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and can deliver tailored solutions for unique client needs.
  • No prior experience is required; on-site training, coaching, and industry qualification support are provided.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with passion for the subject (e.g., equine insurance, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine, fine art) and can build rapport quickly to provide the best solution.
  • You are ambitious and open to progression; Howden promotes from within and provides the tools to succeed.
