We have an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Adviser to join our sales team based in Southampton (Solent International Business Park, George Curl Way, SO18 2RZ).

This is a full-time, permanent role with a basic salary of £35,000 per annum. Successful candidates could earn between £70,000 and £100,000+ OTE annually.

The Insurance Adviser Role

You will use our advanced quotation system to understand client needs, address objections, and highlight product benefits to convert leads into sales.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience selling private medical or other insurance products is desirable
• Experience in high-volume telesales with warm leads
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet KPIs
• Excellent communication skills, including questioning and listening
• Quick learner with good product knowledge
