Job description

We are looking for a dedicated, well-organised insurance claims handler to join our team for a 12-month maternity cover position. Candidates must be forward-thinking with problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well in a stand-alone role. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the clinical team and clients to ensure smooth and timely claims handling. You may also be required to help with reception to cover sickness or annual leave, so good communication and customer service skills are essential.

More about you

Previous experience with pet insurance claims is preferred but not essential. This role involves handling small animal and equine claims, so equine knowledge is necessary.

Your shift pattern

You will work 30 hours per week across 4 days, covering various shifts.
