We have an exciting opportunity to join a global business in the heart of Cheltenham as part of their administration support team.

Introduction

As an Insurance Technician in our client's Operations Team, you will be an integral part of a high-performing team based in Cheltenham. Your role involves providing efficient, effective, and expert administrative support to the Technical Team and Broking Divisions, in accordance with compliance, FCA, and internal audit guidelines.

Responsibilities
  1. Document creation: Gather information from files and use data to complete standard document templates for internal and external distribution.
  2. Data entry: Fully and accurately enter, amend, update, and submit data onto relevant systems independently.
  3. Management information: Create and maintain electronic and paper files, manage daily correspondence, and ensure urgent matters are addressed promptly.
  4. Documentation checking.
