Job summary

FJN Recruitment Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking an Account Handler to provide the administrative and technical backbone of the client servicing process within an insurance team. You will work with Account Executives to ensure timely, accurate and compliant support, handling CRM management, quotations, invoicing and mid-term policy administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance administration or account handling is desirable.
• Acturis or similar broking CRM experience is advantageous.
• Cert CII is desirable but not essential; study support may be available.
• GCSE English and Maths (C/4 or above) may be required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for client servicing and policy administration.
• Manage CRM records and coordinate underwriter liaison.
• Prepare quotations and handle invoicing and credit control.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation and figures.
