Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Client Service Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor for a dedicated book of commercial business. You will manage client relationships from soup to nuts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for our valued commercial clients.
  • Managing a complex book of business, with premiums of $100k and up.
  • Handling all aspects of client service, including issuing certificates, binding policies, and processing endorsements.
  • Collaborating with premier carriers such as Travelers, Cincinnati, and Selective.
  • Occasionally assisting with remarketing renewals, with full training and support provided.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • An active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a commercial lines account management role.
  • A proven ability to manage a book of business and build strong client relationships.
  • A collaborative spirit and a warm, team-oriented work style.
  • Experience with Applied Epic is a strong plus, but not required.
