The Role

  1. Work closely with Account Executives to manage client relationships
  2. Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general policy queries
  3. Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive terms
  4. Provide claims support and administrative assistance
  5. Flexible working options available

Who They're Looking For

  1. Insurance broking experience (commercial or personal lines)
  2. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  3. Excellent communication and client service abilities
  4. Cert CII qualification (or a willingness to work towards it)
