Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Insurance Account Handler to join our clients friendly team in Glasgow. You will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Act as the first point of contact for designated clients
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  3. Support clients with queries and provide exceptional customer service
  4. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure client needs are met
  5. Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all interactions

EXPERIENCE

  1. Experience in the Insurance Industry (Broking exposure a plus)
  2. Willingness to learn and develop within the industry
  3. Customer service experience is advantageous

SKILLS

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  2. Proactive and adaptable approach to work
  3. Ability to work effectively within a team
  4. Confidence in client-facing interaction
