Clark James Insurance Recruitment in North West London is seeking an Insurance Account Handler. The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, with full training provided and no weekend work. You will handle renewals, policy maintenance, and liaise with underwriters on premiums.

You will quickly be delegated more responsibility after training and work with a team supporting the department manager.

Competenze

• At least 1–2 years experience in Insurance with a broker or in an Insurance Company Environment.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
• Good level of numeracy and spelling; strong administration skills.
• Comfortable speaking to clients on the phone and via email.

Mansioni

• Assist with renewal retention, policy maintenance, negotiating premiums with underwriters, processing adjustments, preparing documentation and growth of a portfolio of clients for their insurance needs.

Office based - you must have some kind of UK Insurance experience. Clark James Insurance Recruitment currently have an excellent live vacancy in NW London suitable for anyone with recent experience (at least a year or two) in Insurance broking, underwriting, claims or administration, they are happy to give training on the risks you'll deal with.
