Office based in Bournemouth. This friendly Insurance broker has an opening due to expansion in their Commercial Insurance team selling competitive Insurance products to local and national small and medium businesses.

If you have already been working in the Insurance industry or in a similar financial sales type of role, then apply right now!

Most of the clients come through recommendation and their ethos is a 'portfolio' approach to their requirements, so you will be comfortable offering a good service to loyal customers as well as dealing with new business enquiries once trained.

Essential Experience

1. At least 1 year of experience in Insurance broking or underwriting OR a similar professional sales/customer service role.
2. Enthusiastic and willing to work as part of a team.
3. A good level of literacy.

Role and Responsibilities

1. New business, renewals, and mid-term policy servicing.
2. Quotations using IT platforms.
3. Claims administration.
4. Client and insurer facing as well as telephone.

Prospects

1. Support given for progress towards CII exams.
2. Internal and external training.
3. Client visits.
