Insurable Risk Technician - 18 month fixed term contract

About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity in our Insurable Risk team, providing vital support across claims management, data analysis, and administrative processes. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating sensitive information requests, and supporting the delivery of risk management services to the business.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Providing Best in Class Claims Defensibility Support
  2. Supporting the Casualty Management Team with reporting for key stakeholders
  3. Processing incoming and outgoing post for specific business entities
  4. Facilitating claims related sensitive information requests
  5. Maintaining the insurance, claims and risk management information system
  6. Supporting with the collection and analysis of the data required for renewal
  7. Facilitating the distribution of insurance certificates
  8. Supporting the Management Team with contract approvals and risk management advice
  9. Working alongside the other IR Technicians in supporting the team with general administration support

You will need:

  1. Basic Insurance Knowledge
  2. MOJ Portal Regulations
  3. Injury Reporting Systems experience
  4. Experience of Claims handling
  5. Intermediate MS-Office skills, especially Excel
