About the role

This is an exciting opportunity within our Insurable Risk team, providing vital support across claims management, data analysis, and administrative processes. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating sensitive information requests, and supporting the delivery of risk management services to the business.

You will be responsible for

1. Providing best-in-class claims defensibility support
2. Supporting the Casualty Management Team with reporting for key stakeholders
3. Processing incoming and outgoing post for specific business entities
4. Facilitating claims-related sensitive information requests
5. Maintaining the insurance, claims, and risk management information system
6. Supporting the collection and analysis of data required for renewals
7. Facilitating the distribution of insurance certificates
8. Supporting the Management Team with contract approvals and risk management advice
9. Working alongside other IR Technicians to support the team with general administration

You will need

1. Basic insurance knowledge
2. Understanding of MOJ Portal regulations
3. Experience with injury reporting systems
4. Claims handling experience
5. Intermediate MS-Office skills, especially Excel
