Job description

We're Hiring an Insulation Coordinator!

Salary: £25,000 per year
Location: Head Office – Llansamlet, SA7 9HZ
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

  • Monday & Tuesday: 9:10 AM – 5:40 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:10 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Friday: 9:10 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role:
Join our award-winning Insulation department as an Insulation Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting operations. You’ll handle a variety of tasks to keep everything running smoothly, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise work schedules, meetings, and appointments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Act as a key liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
  • Maintain records, track performance metrics, and update databases.
  • Manage emails, reports, and essential documentation.
  • Oversee project timelines and resolve any operational bottlenecks.
  • Use internal systems for data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting minor IT issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
