QinetiQ Limited, Eskmeals, is seeking an Instrumentation Technician to support defence trials by collecting data that demonstrates how equipment and systems perform in real-world environments. You will deploy and operate a range of instrumentation and data gathering gear, including high-speed cameras and thermal imaging, while maintaining equipment to required standards.
Working within a skilled team, you will contribute to data validation, trial reporting, and safe operation.

As an Instrumentation Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting defence trials by collecting the data that helps our customers understand how equipment and systems perform in real-world environments.
Day-to-day, you'll work as part of a skilled instrumentation team, preparing, operating and maintaining a range of specialist equipment including high-speed cameras, thermal imaging systems, pressure measurement equipment and other data gathering technologies. You'll support live trials activities, gather and collate data, and ensure all work is conducted safely, securely and in accordance with quality procedures.

This role is 37 hours per week based at our Eskmeals site on a full-time bases. Working hours are 07:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 07:30 to 12:30 on Friday.
