Job Description

Instrumentation Scientists support our Downstream Processing area where they will:

1. Monitor all AKTA AVANT instruments and ensure AKTAS are properly signed out by end user
2. Restart of AKTA computers when needed
3. Address any safety emergencies with instruments
4. Ensure laboratory assets are in working order
5. Provide training on instrumentation as needed
6. Serve as coordinator for pH/conductivity meters
7. Maintain SoloVPE instrumentation
8. Assist in the relocation of equipment to other lab areas, assist in lab closures/openings as needed

This is a temporary role.

Qualifications

1. Completed bachelors degree in a scientific concentration
2. Experience working with chromatography systems and analytical instrumentation
3. Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
