The Instrumentation Engineer job itself where you will work amongst our small team of engineers, contract support staff and our admin team, in a friendly office environment located between Poole & Bournemouth, Dorset with occasional requirement to attend meetings and provide pre/post commissioning support for systems at our customer s sites.
The role will manage control & instrumentation design and consultancy projects (circa GBP10K to GBP200K in size) from point of sale, through to site commissioning. Being customer facing, great communication skills from a technical and commercial perspective, are essential.
You will be responsible for a wide range of engineering design and project management tasks, with importance placed heavily on reading and interpreting technical documents to include industry standards, client specifications, P&IDs, logic diagrams etc. More specifically:
