Responsibilities




The I&C Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design and modification of digital control systems for nuclear power plants. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a large team of I&C design engineers. Oversee personnel management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Foster team development and a collaborative work environment
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure high utilization and productivity of the engineering team. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team
  • Quality & Technical Excellence: Maintain and enhance the quality of design outputs
  • Client & Business Support: Support proposal development and client interactions





Qualifications




  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience including a minimum of 5 years supporting the commercial nuclear power industry, or similar
  • Extensive experience in designing digital control systems
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality standards

Salary Range

The salary range for this full-time position is below. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
