Job summary

Accord Healthcare Europe is seeking an instrumentation/calibration technician to ensure calibration systems operate reliably in a GMP environment. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair equipment, using controllers, sensors and test instruments, while following drawings and specifications to diagnose faults.

The role requires ONC level or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation, strong communication, and knowledge of cGMP and HSE.

Qualifications

Qualified to ONC level or equivalent in electrical engineering or instrumentation.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to deadlines.
Up to date knowledge of cGMP, cGDP, cGAMP and HSE.
Desirable knowledge of 18th edition.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, calibrate, modify equipment and systems to calibration and regulatory standards.
Troubleshoot, maintain, adjust and repair equipment with calibration functions and controllers.
Use test equipment to calibrate, repair and test apparatus and systems.
Work from drawings and specifications to fault find and diagnose problems.
Support Calibration and Validation of site components with engineering team.
Maintain precise records in department computerised systems.
Provide support during Quality and Regulatory audits.
Adhere to cGMP.
