Job Description:

Senior / Principal Controls & Instrumentation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Undertake functional design, provide specialist advice, and produce evidence.
• Liaise with internal and external customers as part of a technical team.
• Electrical/Electronic installation for Communications and Control & Instrumentation (C&I).
• Design test infrastructure and hardware.
• Write and produce technical and test documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A relevant Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) Degree or equivalent.
• Experience in PLC and SCADA programming, C&I system verification test design, or parts specification is advantageous.
• Good technical knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Communications Systems (Voice Over IP (VoIP) networks, Broadcast (PA), or trunked radio systems) or Control & Instrumentation (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Fanuc PLCs).
