A leading technology firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Field Service Engineer to manage customer instrumentation support. Responsibilities include installation, fault analysis, and on-site training. Ideal candidates have an engineering HNC and experience in a process control environment, along with effective communication skills. This role requires flexibility to travel and work odd hours.
In this position, we are seeking a Field Service Engineer, based in the area of Gloucestershire, who will manage overall support of our customers instrumentation installed base to insure customers expectations are met and exceeded to the highest level of professionalism. You will be responsible for a variety of duties within a defined territory, onsite at customer locations. You will manage the service needs of our installed customer base for all instrumentation, including first line maintenance and repair services, site installation, commissioning, start-up and after sales support.
