Les Mills is seeking an Instructor Experience Manager to own the journey from first touch to live class delivery. The role focuses on building scalable pipelines, delivering training, and elevating the instructor experience—bridging strategy with execution.

You will partner with clubs and stakeholders, manage certification timelines, and implement scalable systems to support growth while maintaining world-class standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, learning and development.
• Experience working with fitness, hospitality, or consumer brands is a plus.
• Strong facilitation and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the instructor pipeline with scalable recruitment and onboarding.
• Deliver and oversee instructor training and certification programs.
• Elevate the instructor experience through engagement and process improvements.
• Track metrics and drive continuous improvement across certification and delivery.
