Job description

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic individual to work as part of an innovative team in our outstanding department. The successful applicant will lead the day-to-day management of resources, in-house equipment maintenance, stock ordering, and provide technical support across our Music Performance and Production, Media Production, and Performing Arts areas.

Reporting to the Head of Curriculum, you will be committed to promoting excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment standards.

The successful candidate will demonstrate adaptability, excellent time management, and the ability to plan their workload independently. They should possess broad knowledge as a live sound engineer, working with live and recording bands, recording studios, and PA systems. Additionally, some knowledge of capturing fixed and moving images, including camera work, is required. A degree in a relevant field and recent, relevant industry experience are essential.

We seek an individual who is motivated, compassionate, works well within a team, and meets deadlines. The candidate should be inspiring, innovative, passionate about Further Education (FE), and committed to helping learners realize their potential careers in the industry. They should work effectively alongside our outstanding team of professionals.
