Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic individual to work as part of an innovative team and consistently outstanding department. The successful applicant will lead on the day to day running of resources, in house equipment maintenance, ordering stock and tech support across our Media and film production, Music Performance and Production, and Performing arts areas. Reporting to the Head of Curriculum, you will be committed to promoting and supporting excellence in the quality of standards of teaching, learning and assessment.

The successful candidate will have adaptability in their role and be able to plan their own time and workload. The candidate will have a broad ranging knowledge of pre and postproduction, lighting, editing software, live music sound, recording studios and PA work, as well as knowledge of capturing fixed and moving image and cameras. A degree in a relevant field and evidence of recent, relevant industry experience are required.

We are looking to recruit an individual who is motivated, compassionate, has great time management, works well with a team and to deadlines. The candidate should be inspiring, innovative and passionate about FE and learners potential careers in the industry, and able to work well alongside an outstanding team of professionals.
