Position Title: Instructor

Your Mission:

• Deliver training on infantry tactics to partners, tailored to the local environment.
• Be a strong leader, mentoring beneficiaries and officers.
• Collaborate with local instructors, fostering knowledge sharing.
• Embrace the challenge of austere environments.

Requirements

You're a Perfect Fit If:

• You're a veteran with infantry experience and a minimum rank of Senior Non-Commissioned Officer.
• You have a proven track record of planning and delivering impactful military training.
• You're a deployed veteran, comfortable in high-pressure situations.
• You're IT Literate and can craft clear reports and presentations.
• You possess robustness, motivation, and self-discipline.
• You demonstrate cultural sensitivity and respect for local nationals.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
• Additional military qualifications in areas like range management & safety, support-weapons specialisations, mobility, first aid, reconnaissance, observation, communications.
