Essential Job Functions

  1. Participate in learning and development projects and tasks, working closely with the team.
  2. Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs and engagement initiatives.
  3. Create e-learning modules utilising Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet learning objectives and support project teams.
  5. Assist in the assessment of learning program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  6. Seek guidance from more experienced team members.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in organizational development.
  8. Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field.

Basic Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  2. Relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role in Learning & Organizational Development
  3. Proven experience in creating learning programmes and resources
  4. Proficiency in instructional design and creating e-learning modules
  5. Continuous learner who is committed to following industry knowledge and technology updates

Other Qualifications

  1. An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  2. Relevant certifications in teaching and/or learning and development
