Role overview:

As part of the in-store team, you will provide visual support to the store, engaging our customers through creative product placement and utilizing the latest fashion trends. You will create window and in-store displays while maximizing store profitability through enticing visual concepts.

Responsibilities:

Merchandising

• Follow a weekly visual merchandising brief and apply it in your store.
• Attract, engage, and motivate customers to make purchases using advanced visual techniques.
• Ensure mannequins, displays, and windows are updated seasonally and for retail calendar events.
• Set up and monitor in-store promotions using POS.
• Analyze Oracle figures to assist with product placement and floor moves.

Training & Development

• Provide training and support team development in merchandising and display.
• Conduct weekly development activities to prepare for future roles.
• Communicate and give feedback to the Town Merchandiser regarding visual merchandising activities.

General

• Work professionally, leading by example at all times.
• Perform work safely and responsibly.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance according to company procedures.

Role Objectives and KPIs

• Strategically place merchandise to maximize visibility and accessibility, highlighting high-demand products.
• Create compelling displays that attract customers, align with brand standards, and showcase key features and promotions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Identify trends and refine merchandising strategies to leverage emerging opportunities.
• Implement promotional campaigns to boost sales.

Skills and Experience
