Store Visual Merchandiser

As part of the in-store team, you will provide visual support to the store, engaging customers through creative product placement and utilizing the latest fashion trends. Your responsibilities include creating window and in-store displays to maximize store profitability through enticing visual concepts.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow weekly visual merchandising briefs and implement them in your store.
2. Attract, engage, and motivate customers to make purchases using advanced visual techniques.
3. Rotate mannequins, displays, and windows seasonally and according to retail calendar events.
4. Set up and monitor in-store promotions using POS materials.
5. Analyze Oracle figures to optimize product placement and floor layout.

Training & Development:

1. Provide training and support team development in merchandising and display techniques.
2. Participate in weekly development activities to prepare for future roles.
3. Communicate and provide feedback to the Town Merchandiser regarding visual merchandising activities.

General Expectations:

1. Maintain a highly professional manner, leading by example.
2. Work safely and responsibly at all times.
3. Promote high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and store maintenance according to company procedures.
