Visual Merchandiser Role

As part of the in-store team, you will provide visual support to the store, engaging customers through creative product placement and the latest fashion trends. Your responsibilities include creating window and in-store displays and maximizing store profitability with enticing visual concepts.

Responsibilities

1. Follow weekly visual merchandising briefs and implement them in your store.
2. Attract, engage, and motivate customers to make purchases using advanced visual techniques.
3. Ensure mannequins, displays, and windows are updated seasonally and according to retail calendar events.
4. Set up and monitor in-store promotions using POS materials.
5. Analyze Oracle figures to optimize product placement and store layout.
6. Provide training and support team development in merchandising and display techniques.
7. Participate in weekly development activities to prepare for future roles.
8. Communicate and give feedback to the Town Merchandiser regarding visual activities.
