Job summary

Franklin Templeton Investments is seeking a Compliance professional to support UK entities by maintaining regulatory frameworks and advising senior management. The role requires monitoring UK regulatory developments and contributing to governance through MI for boards.

Collaboration with Legal, Internal Audit, Risk, and other teams is essential. The successful candidate will have a degree in economics/finance/law and experience in asset management compliance within the UK regime, including

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
• Compliance experience within asset management.
• Experience working within the UK regulatory environment.

• Knowledge of Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS).
• Knowledge of Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD).
• Knowledge of Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID).
• Understanding of operational resilience, reporting, and outsourcing regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
