Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, including assistance with multiple trading platforms (desktop, mobile, browser)
- Resolve trade-related queries such as order entry and trade execution
- Communicate and escalate high-level issues to relevant stakeholders
- Manage relationships with key institutional clients
- Project manage platform and process enhancements
- Perform tasks such as client training, market research, and development
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of listed Equities, Options, Futures, and FX
- Analytical problem-solver with a passion for technology and financial markets
- Experience in international settlements or clearing operations is a plus
- Bilingual in English and French
- University degree or higher
- 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a client-facing role at a global financial institution (candidates with less experience but strong core competencies will also be considered)
Location:

Working Hours:
8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday
