Job description

A city based investment management firm is looking for a Client Relations Manager to join their Institutional Client Relations Team. This role will involve managing strategic client relationships and supervising team members.

You will be responsible for the following:

1. Lead on a number of complex client relationships
2. Deliver an outstanding client management experience
3. Attend client meetings to ensure a high client retention rate
4. Assist in overseeing junior members of the team, providing support with their training and development
5. Review and sign off reports, ensuring client requirements are met
6. Ensure various projects are controlled using effective communication and coordination.

The successful candidate will have:

1. Direct UK institutional client relationship experience
2. A solid understanding of fund management and preferably industry qualifications (IMC/CFA)
3. Previous supervisory experience
4. Strong product knowledge, ideally with exposure to LDI
5. A hard working and proactive attitude, with exceptional communication skills and a good level of gravitas.
