Role - Instant Delivery Catalogue Assistant

Contract: 12 M FTC

Hours: 37.5 per week

Work Type - Full Time - 5 days per week in the office

About the role

The Instant Delivery Catalogue Assistant will report into the trading lead and support in trading this unique delivery proposition working with our key partners to finesse range, implement trading plans and ensure sufficient audit requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

Sitting within the boots.com team responsible for supporting the trading of our instant delivery proposition from Boots stores & reporting into the trading lead, responsibilities include:

  • Range management - setting up, maintenance & optimisation of our range
  • Audit - supports wider Instant Delivery stakeholders through weekly reporting to understand performance and identify any potential issues/fraud including refund analysis
  • Stakeholder management - will be point of contact for wider range of internal and external stakeholders and attend meetings with partner providers
  • From time to time it may be expected that the catalogue assistant supports the wider team with:
  • Promotional plans - supports the trading lead to implement and manage promotional activity, run retros and analyse results
  • Market - supporting wider marketing teams to source & gain approval for marketing materials
What you'll need to have

  • Coming from a previous trading or ecommerce role is preferable but not essential. Experience with same day delivery platforms or third-party delivery partners is also preferable but not essential.
  • Understanding of basic online trading levers, data input, using insights and stakeholder management.
  • Confident using systems including Excel & Outlook.
