Trueform are a leading designer and manufacturer of street furniture, signage, smart city street furniture and electronic digital signage. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Installations Supervisor to join the Trueform team.

Based at the company’s manufacturing & technology centre in Hayes, Middlesex, the post holder will be required to support the company’s multi-site street furniture installation works throughout Greater London.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1. Undertaking regular quality inspections of installation and maintenance works, and associated reporting.
2. Conducting H&S audits of installation and maintenance works, and associated reporting.
3. Ad hoc site survey work to assess traffic & pedestrian management solutions, and overall site installation conditions.
4. Ad hoc meetings with the authorities / clients, to discuss & review future installation works.
5. Supporting senior management with the continued compliance of all HSQE matters.
6. Develop good working relationships with fellow employees, customers and the general public.
7. Perform other ad-hoc duties or provide cover for colleagues as directed by line manager.

Skills/Qualifications

1. Understanding of civils installation & reinstatement works (required)
2. Full driving licence (required)
3. Knowledge and appreciation of HSQE requirements (required)
4. Good on-site and office-based communication skills (required)
5. MS Office experience (required)
6. NRSWA Supervisor qualification (preferred)
7. CSCS card (preferred)
8. Experience with on-street infrastructure installations (preferable)
