Job Description:

The role includes, amongst other tasks, the following responsibilities:

  • Attend handover meetings from sales representatives after order placement.
  • Conduct site surveys and measurements.
  • Produce drawings for client approval and sign-off.
  • Liaise with clients to schedule installation dates.
  • Procure products and materials.
  • Place orders and organize subcontractor installation teams.
  • Manage project installation teams through to completion.
  • Prepare quotations for additional work if needed.
  • Produce sign-off documentation and O&M manuals.
  • Coordinate with accounts for invoicing and approve incoming invoices.
  • Input data into CRM system and maintain project records.
  • Arrange warranty work and handle returns for faulty products.
  • Perform related telephone communications.
  • Undertake various other roles and responsibilities as required.
