Our client offers a wide range of feeding and drinking products and services. They are a main distributor of automated feeding and drinking systems from a leading global manufacturer. This allows them to design and install a complete turnkey project tailored to your exact requirements.

The Role

The company are seeking a skilled Installation Engineer to become an integral part of their expert team.

This role involves the installation and servicing of equipment across Wales, the Midlands, and the South West.

Working with a broad range of industry leading equipment designed for the livestock sector, you'll play a key role in delivering high quality solutions to valued customers.

The engineer will be on call for 1 weekend in every 5, with callout fees and overtime rates paid. Some working away may be required Monday to Friday, in which case, the company will provide accommodation and food/drink allowances.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience, to be able to install, maintain and service/repair these systems to the highest standards.
  • Must be able to work well within a team and be able to take the initiative to diagnose and solve issues on site.
  • Must have a full manual UK driving license with no more than 6 points and be able to commute to and from the offices in Newent.
  • The ideal candidate will be physically active and in good health.
  • Company Uniform and PPE.
  • A company vehicle to travel to and from site and the depot.
  • A full toolset to complete all works.
  • IPAF Training.
  • Competitive Salary of £25,000.00 - £40,000.00 per annum based on experience.
