Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is representing a fast-growing electrical and renewable energy provider in Scunthorpe for an Installation Supervisor (Electrical / Solar).

You will supervise a team of four electricians, organise and coordinate electrical installations and maintenance across commercial and domestic projects, and conduct toolbox talks each morning. Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 4:00, with progression and training opportunities.

Are you an experienced Electrician, ready to take the next step in your career with a fast-growing electrical and renewable energy provider?

On offer is the opportunity to join a forward-thinking business, who work across the commercial and domestic sectors. From EV Chargers to Solar Panels and general fit outs, the company pride themselves on delivering high-quality services.

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 4 electricians, performing installations and maintenance. Your day will start by conducting a toolbox talk every morning, before heading to site.

As a supervisor, you will organise jobs, allocate the team based on their skills, plan and coordinate work, alongside putting together time sheets. This will be combined with the expected hands-on duties.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to progress into an office-based supervisor position, where training on estimating can be provided.

The suitable candidate will be an experienced electrician, complimented by an electrical qualification, with a background in renewable energy.
