The Successful Installation Supervisor / Senior Installation Engineer / Installation Engineer will oversee the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of installations, ensuring they meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Installation Supervisor / Senior Installation Engineer / Installation Engineer Role
- Oversee the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of installations, ensuring they meet quality standards and project deadlines.
- Undertake installation of pipework at customer sites across the South of the UK.
- Install pump systems and pipework into all forms of the manufacturing industry.
- Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to Installation Supervisors and team members to ensure competency and adherence to industry best practices.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
Installation Supervisor / Senior Installation Engineer / Installation Engineer Requirements
- Installation experience within the construction industry, water industry, or other industrial engineering environments.
- Engineering Qualification of at least a Level 2 NVQ.
- Experience as a pipefitter, pipework engineer, installation engineer, installation supervisor, senior installation engineer, installation manager, or similar within industrial mechanical engineering/construction.
- Ability to maintain good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across the South of the UK.
