Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee domestic window installation projects across London and the M25, coordinating between site teams, subcontractors and our office. The role focuses on delivering high standards on a range of residential properties for a major contractor turning over around £10 million annually.

You will oversee steel and aluminium installations, manage installation teams, schedule works, and maintain clear client communications.

Qualifications

• Site tickets SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required.
• Experience managing installation teams and subcontractors.
• Strong communication with clients and coordination with office.

Job description

I am currently in need of an Installation Manager to help manage and deliver domestic window installation projects across London & the M25 on a mixture of residential properties for a main contractor turning over £10 million a year.

Day to day duties will include:

• Oversee all installations of steel and aluminium windows & doors
• Managing and support of installations teams as well as subcontractors
• Coordinate and schedule installations, ensuring efficient time management
• Working closely with the office team (attend office meetings and spend time between sites and office)
• Act as key liaison between site team and office, ensuring clear communication
• Communicate professionally with clients when necessary
• Ensure all jobs are installed correctly and to high standards and all processes followed. Taking detailed site photos showing progress, snagging and finished installation.
• Ensure jobs are signed off properly, reporting and addressing any issues with the office.
• Promote and enforce high health and safety standards, assessing installers and leading by example. Site tickets required are SSSTS / SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.
