Role and Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of installation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Foster and enforce a positive health and safety culture, ensuring all on-site works adhere to current legislation and company procedures.
  • Coordinate with field-based engineers, offering guidance, leadership, and support throughout project delivery.
  • Lead pre-installation site meetings to ensure full alignment between internal teams, engineers, and clients.
  • Work closely with the office-based team to manage scheduling, logistics, and reporting for all installation activities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for technical and operational issues during installations, both on-site and remotely.
  • Carry out site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the recruitment, development, and mentoring of engineering personnel.
  • Support with site surveys and contribute to planning on complex or large-scale projects.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Loading Bay Industry experience is essential for this role
  • Installation experience of industrial doors, docks, POD & shelter systems is essential
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of on-site health and safety compliance
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
