Job summary

ReQuire Consultancy Ltd. is seeking an Installation Manager in Salisbury to lead domestic installation operations. You will oversee fitting teams, manage schedules across multiple sites and ensure high installation quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day installation operations across multiple sites.
• Lead fitting teams and extension of administrative support.
• Plan and coordinate installation schedules across sites.
• Oversee installation quality and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the process.
• Manage installation administration and liaise with Production, Purchasing, Finance and Operations.

Installation Manager | Salisbury | £50k (c)

ReQuire Consultancy is working with a successful Salisbury employer looking for an experienced Installation Manager to take responsibility for its domestic installation operation.

You might already work within the glazing or fenestration industry, but we’re equally interested in people coming from joinery, façades, windows & doors, conservatories, building envelope or another installation-led construction environment.

The industry knowledge matters, but so does your ability to manage people, organise multiple jobs and deal confidently with customers, fitters and the wider business.

What will you be doing?

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day installation operation, managing fitting teams and administrative support while keeping multiple projects moving.

That will include:

• Planning and coordinating installation schedules across multiple sites
• Managing, supporting and organising installers and fitting teams
• Overseeing the quality of installations and completed work
• Making sure projects are delivered on time and within agreed budgets
• Maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the installation process
• Dealing with issues, changes and priorities as they arise
• Managing the installation administration team
• Working closely with Production, Purchasing, Finance and the wider Operations team
• Keeping a close eye on Health & Safety
• Supporting aftersales, maintenance and guarantees

We’re not looking for someone who has necessarily done this exact job for another glass company. We are looking for someone who understands what it takes to successfully manage installation work in people's homes and across live sites.

• You’ll ideally have experience of leading installers or subcontractors, scheduling work, solving site problems, maintaining quality standards and keeping customers informed.
• Above all, you’ll be organised, practical and comfortable taking responsibility. When several jobs are running at once and something changes, you’ll be the person who works out what needs to happen next and gets it sorted.
