Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality installations. Acting as the on-site lead, you'll coordinate teams, manage snagging and maintenance, and ensure seamless client interactions - all while identifying opportunities to expand the scope of work.

This role offers a chance to represent a forward-thinking company known for cutting-edge furniture and pod solutions. You'll work closely with Operations, installers, and clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Site & Installation

  • Visit and assess sites prior to installation
  • Oversee installation crews, ensuring quality and safety
  • Apply asset tags, document processes, and complete sign-offs
  • Capture client satisfaction and gather final approvals

Client Care & Sales Insight

  • Revisit sites for post-installation checks and feedback
  • Address snagging or maintenance issues
  • Ensure pod functionality and coordinate repairs
  • Identify and report upselling opportunities

Maintenance & Snagging

  • Plan snagging visits with the Ops team
  • Install replacement components and track work completed
  • Keep detailed snagging logs and ensure resolutions

Asset Management

  • Inspect items before collection and assess damages
  • Prepare units for redeployment
  • Contribute to warehouse stock takes and asset accuracy

Process Ownership (Development Scope)

  • Potential to lead snagging operations end-to-end: ordering, scheduling, and follow-up
