Job Description:

A well-established HVAC contractor is looking to hire refrigeration installation engineer mates to support their growing workload. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting refrigeration engineers with installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning/refrigeration units in retail and commercial settings.
2. Ensuring all work complies with industry standards and regulations.
3. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards.
4. Staying updated with industry practices through ongoing training.

Experience in refrigeration is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with experience in plumbing, electrical work, or similar trades are encouraged to apply. A positive attitude and willingness to stay away from home most weeks are essential. Compensation ranges from £15 to £16 per hour, depending on skill level, with opportunities for progression in a niche industry.
