Position: Installation Engineers (CCTV & Controlled Access)

Location: West London

Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain a variety of security systems, including CCTV and access control
  • Conduct site assessments to determine security system requirements and provide recommendations.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their security needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations during installations and maintenance.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the proper use of security systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and service calls.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in security technology.
  • Travel to various national sites as required, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the company
Requirements
  • Either academic or trade trained in electrical/electronic projects or equivalent
  • Experience in on site installations.
  • Possess a driving licence.
  • Good communication skills at multiple levels.
  • Ability to work away from home when required to do so
