Job Description

Frontline Security Solutions is seeking to hire onsite Security Installation Engineers to expand their experience, knowledge, and skills within the integrated security industry.

This role is suitable for engineers in the early stages of their careers, with responsibilities including installing CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm Systems (intruder experience is not essential). The position is based on client sites in Corsham and Farnborough.

Full technical training, support, and mentoring will be provided to help the successful candidate reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Install and commission new and integrated CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder systems.
• Configure doors and cameras on relevant systems, including but not limited to C-Cure, Lenel, Gallagher, Avigilon, and Victor.
• Evaluate and resolve technical issues.
• Provide detailed reports of completed tasks and liaise regularly with the Project Manager.
• Assist with site surveying and commissioning.
• Advise customers on the operation of their equipment.
• Follow site health and safety protocols during visits and report to security and facilities teams as appropriate.
• Maintain company vehicle according to guidelines.
• Perform Out of Hours work as required.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have proven experience in engineering installation and support of integrated high-end systems, especially CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder alarms. Experience with Lenel and CCure software is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Essential requirements include:

• Valid ECS/CSCS (or similar) Health and Safety Assessment.
• IPAF/PASMA qualification.
• Full driving license.
• Relevant product and manufacturer training qualifications.
• Computer skills, including Excel and IP system management.
