Job Title: Install & Project Lead - Large Format Print

Location: Wembley

Salary: Up to £45,000

The Company

Our client is a leading provider of creative branding and installation solutions for events, retail environments, exhibitions, and experiential spaces. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality graphics, signage, and branded environments, they support major venues and clients across the UK.

The Role

Reporting to the Venue Manager, this is a hands-on role combining technical project management with site-based leadership. You will be responsible for planning and executing branding installations, conducting site surveys, coordinating logistics, and acting as a point of contact for clients and crew alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed site surveys in advance of each installation.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand their branding needs and resolve any challenges.
• Plan all project elements including timelines, labour requirements, and logistics.
• Work closely with senior team members on event-specific requirements and progress tracking.
• Be present on-site for key installs, providing technical support and oversight.
• Run regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards.
• Use the internal ERP system to support workflow, stock control, and scheduling in collaboration with the Venue Manager.

• A team player with the ability to lead by example and work to tight event deadlines.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by project demands.
