Job summary

Nuffield Health Brentwood is seeking a Swim Instructor (Bank) to inspire swimmers of all ages and deliver engaging lessons. You will work on an ad-hoc basis, providing one-to-one lessons or group classes with a focus on individual needs.

We are offering up to £15.60 per hour, along with a benefits package including discounted gym membership. The ideal candidate will have good people skills and a Swim England Level 2 qualification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to engage with swimmers of all ages and abilities.
• Experience in delivering swimming lessons preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their goals.
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
• Promote memberships by explaining facility advantages.
