Job summary

The Parker Academy, part of the E-ACT family in Daventry, invites applications for a Specialist SEND Teacher to join Parker Plus. The role welcomes teachers with primary or secondary experience and a commitment to inclusive, personalised teaching for diverse SEND needs.

You will plan engaging lessons, work with pastoral and safeguarding teams, and contribute to curriculum development in a nurturing, ambitious environment.

Qualifications

• QT S or recognised equivalent required.
• Degree in subject specialism essential.
• Strong classroom management and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students.
• Set high expectations for achievement, behaviour and attendance.
• Adapt teaching to diverse abilities and backgrounds.
• Contribute to curriculum development and learning schemes.
• Collaborate with pastoral and safeguarding teams to remove barriers to learning.
